Mended Little Hearts is a new support program for parents of
children with heart defects and heart disease, is dedicated to inspiring hope in those who care for the littlest
heart patients of all. Mended Little Hearts offers resources and a caring support network as families find answers

Young Mended Hearts
Mended Hearts has another new program for a different group of heart patients. It is called Hopeful Young Hearts for heart patients from 25 - 50 years of age. The need for outreach to this group is underscored by the Center for Disease Control's 1999 National Center for Health Statistics which shows heart disease as the third largest cause of death for individuals in this age range.
