Chapter 119 is fortunate to have members who are dedicated to producing an award winning newsletter. Chapter 119's The Beat Goes On has a monthly circulation ranging from around 550 to over 800 copies. We send copies to our chapter members, national Mended Hearts officers, and to all of the chapters across the country, including our brothers and sisters in Canada. We also send, with permission, newsletters for three months to every heart patient we visit.
Extending our readership to the Internet is a natural evolution of our efforts to reach as many people as possible. Our newsletters will be available in Adobe Acrobat® 6.0 format. This de facto standard is normally available on every computer and is available as a free download from Adobe®.
